Sometimes you are looking for a certain piece of
music and you have problems finding it in the stores.
You know these tunes from your childhood, television
series or student days. The old vinyl cannot be
bought anymore and the tunes aren’t released on CD
Type the following (or copy/paste) in the Google Search and replace the “BAND/SONG” part with the band or song you’re looking for.
-inurl:(htm|html|php) intitle:"index of" +"last modified" +"parent directory" +description +size +(wma|mp3) "<“BAND/SONG”>"
You will get various hits and most probably find a source for downloading the long lost item.
Of course you have to consider legal issues, you find the items in a legal manner. You are just using Google Search capabilities and getting hits on public accessible file servers. However downloading the items could be illegal in your country.
